POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES 

PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS DE CARÁCTER PERSONAL: En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (RGPD), así como en cumplimento de lo previsto en la normativa nacional sobre protección de datos, se recogen en esta cláusula los siguientes aspectos con el tratamiento de carácter personal recabados: 

RESPONSABLES DE TRATAMIENTO: El responsable del tratamiento es Asociación de Estudiantes de Intercambio de Santiago de Compostela, con CIF G70521240, Colexio de San Xerome, Rúa do Franco, n°2, 15701 y dirección de correo electrónico [email protected].

FINALIDAD: la finalidad de recoger estos datos es la correcta identificación de las personas interesadas que participen en el formulario denominado ESN IBIZA TRIP 2025, para su asistencia al evento ESN IBIZA TRIP 2025. Los datos recabados son los estrictamente necesarios para la participación de la persona interesada en dicho evento. 

PERIODO DE CONSERVACIÓN DE LA INFORMACIÓN: Los datos personales proporcionados se conservarán durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con la finalidad para la que se recaban y para determinar las posibles responsabilidades que se pudieran derivar de la finalidad, además de los períodos establecidos en la normativa de archivos y documentación.

NATURALEZA DE LOS DATOS TRATADOS: La información personal recabada se limita a datos identificativos (nombre, apellidos, DNI, fotografía…) y datos de contacto (teléfono y correo electrónico).

LEGITIMACIÓN: El tratamiento de datos personales se basa en el consentimiento explícito del interesado, que se otorgará mediante aceptación expresa de la presente política de privacidad y protección de datos personales. El tratamiento de los datos también se justifica por la necesidad de cumplir con las obligaciones legales relacionadas con el registro de huéspedes en el alojamiento, así como la organización, gestión y seguridad del viaje.

DESTINATARIOS DE LOS DATOS Y TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES: No se prevén cesiones ni transferencias internacionales. Los datos personales serán transferidos a la FEDERACIÓN ERASMUS STUDENT NETWORK ESPAÑA, CON CIF V83340406, por ser la principal organizadora del evento ESN IBIZA TRIP 2025 y también podrán ser transferidos por esta al establecimiento hotelero y a la agencia de viajes organizadora del evento con la única y exclusiva finalidad de prestar los servicios del evento.

MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD: Se adoptarán todas las medidas técnicas y organizativas para garantizar la protección de datos personales, evitando su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, en función de la naturaleza de los datos.

CONSENTIMIENTO: Con la aceptación de la presente política el interesado consiente al tratamiento de sus datos personales conforme a lo descrito en este aviso de privacidad, incluyendo su cesión a la entidad encargada de la organización del viaje.

EJERCICIO DE DERECHOS: el interesado podrá ejercer en todo momento ante el responsable del tratamiento los derechos de acceso, rectificación, limitación, oposición, supresión, portabilidad y oposición al tratamiento de decisiones automatizadas. Para hacer efectivos estos derechos los interesados podrán remitir carta a la respectiva dirección indicada anteriormente o mediante correo electrónico a [email protected].. 

COMUNICACIÓN DE INCIDENCIAS: En los casos en los que los interesados consideren que durante el tratamiento se han vulnerado sus derechos en materia de protección de datos, especialmente cuando no hayan obtenido satisfacción en el ejercicio de sus derechos, podrán presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad de Control en materia de Protección de Datos competente (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos- www.agpd.es)”.

 

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as in compliance with the provisions of national legislation on data protection, the following aspects of the processing of personal data collected are set out in this clause: 

PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING: The person responsible for the processing is Asociación de Estudiantes de Intercambio de Santiago de Compostela , with CIF CIF G70521240, Colexio de San Xerome, Rúa do Franco, n°2, 15701 and e-mail address [email protected].

PURPOSE: the purpose of collecting this data is the correct identification of the interested parties who participate in the form called ESN IBIZA TRIP 2025, for their attendance at the ESN IBIZA TRIP 2025 event. The data collected is strictly necessary for the participation of the interested party in the event. 

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF THE INFORMATION: The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to comply with the purpose for which they are collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archives and documentation regulations.

NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED: The personal information collected is limited to identification data (name, surname, ID card number, photograph...) and contact data (telephone and e-mail).

LEGITIMACY: The processing of personal data is based on the data subject's explicit consent, which shall be given by express acceptance of this privacy and personal data protection policy. The processing of data is also justified by the need to comply with legal obligations related to the registration of guests at the accommodation, as well as the organisation, management and security of the trip.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS: No international transfers or assignments are foreseen. Personal data will be transferred to the FEDERACIÓN ERASMUS STUDENT NETWORK ESPAÑA, CIF V83340406, as the main organiser of the ESN IBIZA TRIP 2025 event, and may also be transferred by the latter to the hotel establishment and the travel agency organising the event for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the services of the event.

SECURITY MEASURES: All technical and organisational measures will be adopted to guarantee the protection of personal data, avoiding its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, depending on the nature of the data.

CONSENT: By accepting this policy, the interested party consents to the processing of their personal data as described in this privacy notice, including its transfer to the entity in charge of organising the trip.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS: the data subject may exercise at any time before the data controller the rights of access, rectification, limitation, opposition, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of automated decisions. In order to exercise these rights, data subjects may send a letter to the respective address indicated above or by e-mail to [email protected].

COMMUNICATION OF INCIDENTS: In cases in which data subjects consider that their data protection rights have been infringed during processing, especially when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights, they may lodge a complaint with the competent Spanish Data Protection Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency - https://www.aepd.es/en).
